All Clear Process Systems ("we" or "us") provides merchant services, including point-of-sale systems and card processing. This policy explains what information we handle in connection with this website and our services.

This website has no forms or accounts. If you call or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request. We use it to respond to you and to provide or discuss our services.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website. Like most websites, it depends on outside services to work. Those services can receive technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit:
- GitHub Pages hosts the website.
- Google Fonts and unpkg deliver fonts and code used by the page.
- Google and GetLayers storage deliver files used by the 3D Earth animation.
Each of these providers handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Merchant customers
If you become a merchant customer, your application, account, and payment information is handled under your merchant agreement and by the processing partners named in it. Card payments are not taken on this website.
